Gracy grew up in Alberta's Bow Valley, where a childhood spent skiing, camping, fishing, and exploring the mountains sparked a lifelong passion for the outdoors. Surrounded by the Canadian Rockies, she developed a deep appreciation for adventure, nature, and the mountain lifestyle from an early age.
While studying photojournalism in college, Gracy discovered climbing and quickly fell in love with the sport. Over the past four years, she has worked as a certified climbing instructor at one of North America's largest climbing gyms, coaching climbers of all ages and experience levels. Her extensive instructional experience, combined with a strong technical foundation and passion for the climbing community, has helped countless new climbers build confidence, develop their skills, and discover a love for climbing.
In the summer of 2026, Gracy relocated to British Columbia to further pursue her passion for mountain sports and outdoor recreation. Whether she's climbing, skiing, hiking, or exploring new terrain, she brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping people challenge themselves, build confidence, and experience the rewards of climbing. She is excited to share that passion with the Whistler Core community.
