Beth has dedicated the past 5 years to studying, training and coaching in a number of fitness disciplines varying from weightlifting to field hockey to CrossFit. In recent years, Beth transitioned her focus to climbing, dedicating her time to working and coaching in a bouldering gym in the UK. This experience gave Beth extensive opportunity to progress her outdoor climbing skills, and ultimately contributed to her decision to relocate to Whistler.
Beyond the gym, you will likely find Beth on the mountain - whether she be snowboarding, climbing or hiking!
