Natasha is a Personal Trainer, 300hr Certified Yoga Instructor, and Registered Holistic Nutritionist specializing in full body health and whole well-being. She takes pride in having more than 15 years of experience in the industry.
She expresses her joy of health and it's benefits by leading challenging classes, creating personalized fitness plans and fun full body workouts with creative movements and fun motivational music.
Having grown up in southern Ontario, she spent much of her time running, biking, horse back riding, and escaping to cottage country for hiking, swimming and canoeing. Also dabbling in martial arts, soccer and indoor climbing. 11 years on the West Coast has only deepened her passion for outdoors, fitness, and food culture.
