Contest Rules: The Hard Core Challenge is our most physically demanding contest ever, and if you are chosen as a finalist we want you to know exactly what will be required of you. For up to three months, you will be competing against 6 other finalists in The Hardcore Challenge. Each finalist will receive a membership to the Whistler Core, along with expert training and health sessions. The membership will expire if and when you get eliminated. You will be required to go to The Core once a week. Each week you will alternate between a challenge and a new training session and the other week you will have an evaluation; your progress will be tracked through our website. Outside of meeting with a trainer, extra work outs will be your responsibility. Every 2 weeks, 2 people will go on the blocks and face elimination. Mountain FM Gold Diggers will vote on-line for their favorite competitor. The 2 competitors chosen for elimination will be required to submit a questionnaire, and the information provided will be posted on www.mountainfm.com. You will also be required to do interviews on air with our announcers. The Hardcore Challenge demands commitment, and if youÕre up for it, your dedication will be rewarded!
