Richard Sievewright

Trainer/Coach/Instructor at The Whistler Core Climbing and Fitness Centre

A strength and conditioning specialist with a degree in Sport Development and Physical Education. Ten years of traveling the world eventually brought him to Whistler where he now calls home. A self proclaimed gym rat and team sport athlete who has evolved into a backcountry skier, trail runner and mountain biker.

Rich was voted one of the top trainers in Whistler 2015 and is active in the local community delivering nutritional talks and hosting local sporting events. A drive to better his teaching lead to advanced training in Olympic Weightlifting and Mountain Athlete conditioning. Currently he runs a successful bootcamp and high energy group classes called Insanity and Xtreme circuit. His expertise in ski/snowboard specific fitness has lead to a Mountain Athlete Conditioning program.

This brings the philosophy of training inside to improve performance outside and introduces heavy compound lifting into the group class environment. Train insane or remain the same, eat clean to feel supreme.
